The 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished condo boasts a spectacular view of the ocean with its breezy, easy feel of elegance. Located on the ground floor it's a perfect location for families or those who do not wish to climb stairs. 

Your spacious accommodations offer two bedrooms, two full baths,  private balcony, air conditioning, full kitchen, living and dining room, cable TV, telephone, washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV,
 private bath,
and opens out to the deck view.

The 2nd master suite features a
 queen size bed and private bath.
There's also a rollaway for a 5th guest at no charge.

Comfortable living room area is open to the dining area, kitchen and has sliders that open out to the full length deck and blue water view of the surf and sand beach.

Fully accessorized kitchen features all appliances and amenities from coffee maker to blender to whip up those cool tropical drinks!

and a large pool for guests on grounds. The large, quiet and peaceful pool area features a hot tub spa area, table/chairs, palm trees and beach and ground views.

The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water.  While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Some portions of it are rocky. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel.

Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions. Best of all Pelican Cove  is walking distance to 2 outstanding restaurants - The Palms and H2O, both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 

Or go for a drink, both have casual bar areas - it's a delightful way to spend some time! 

This condo is a perfect choice for a family vacation at a great price! For extended families, it may be combined with the other Pelican Cove condos based on availability. For the enjoyment of all guests, this is a NO SMOKING condo unit both inside the condo & out on the condo deck .
