The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. The unit has 4 beach chairs and towels. While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel.

The sunrise view over the palm tree-lined beach is spectacular and seen from the living room, master bedroom and patio.

Pelican Cove is conveniently located to all island activities, and is just a 5 minute drive to town for shopping and water sport excursions. Best of all Pelican Cove  is walking distance to 2 outstanding restaurants - The Palms and H2O, both are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Or go for a drink, both have casual bar areas - it' a delightful way to spend some time!
